Growing Your Business Online

Whether it’s online marketing, more efficient business operations, or just showing up in a search engine – small business owners in Vermont have been learning to use the Internet effectively through the Vermont Small Business Development Center (VtSBDC).

As part of e-Vermont, VtSBDC dedicated a full time adviser to working with businesses on their use of online tools. This advising blends one-on-one sessions, workshops, webinars, and printed materials, all with VtSBDC’s emphasis on strong business planning and matching tools to clear business strategies.

Over the course of e-Vermont, VtSBDC provided direct advising to 126 businesses, presented 40 business workshops, and developed an online business toolkit. These services will continue to be available to businessowners in the 24 e-Vermont communities through the end of 2012.
